Vintage Tumbleweed Style Pottery Ceramic Upright Chicken Roaster / Cooker Tray

This heavy-duty stoneware baking dish features a gorgeous blue and aqua drip glaze. The built-in center reservoir is designed for beer can style roasting—simply fill the core column with beer, wine, or juices to steam and flavor the poultry from the inside out while keeping it upright and secure. The deep dish base catches all flavorful drippings and is spacious enough to roast vegetables right alongside the bird. It is equipped with sturdy side handles and a convenient built-in pour spout to drain juices easily. Multi-use potential: When not being used in the oven, this piece makes a fantastic farmhouse-style chip and dip serving platter, a countertop fruit bowl, or even a rustic succulent display bowl.
