This is a regular barbell shaft from POWER ARMOR. It is compatible with 28mm plates and uses a screw-type mechanism instead of clips.

This is the 183cm (72 inch) full-length type and weighs approximately 9kg. It shows considerable signs of use but is fully functional. There are scratches and scuffs from use, but these do not affect its performance.
