Vintage First National Bank of Chicago Cancelled Check Box Skyline Organizer Retro  Up for sale is a fantastic piece of mid-century Chicago financial history! This vintage promotional Cancelled Check Storage Box was issued by The First National Bank of Chicago (Chicago's Bank).   Features: - Exterior: A classic photographic print of the retro Chicago skyline over Lake Michigan on the top lid, wrapped in a black vinyl/leatherette finish over a sturdy cardboard frame. - Interior: Features the bank's iconic, bright blue stylized 1st corporate logo printed large inside the lid. - Organization: Complete with the original, crisp January through December tabbed index dividers, which are in clean condition.  Era:  1970s/1980s  Approximate Measurements:  8.5”x9.25”x3.75”  Condition Details: Very good overall preowned vintage condition.  The structural integrity is excellent, and the interior dividers show minimal signs of use, with no major tears or heavy staining. The front metal lock functions very well as a standard snap/push-latch to keep the box securely closed.  There is NO key to lock this box.  Please note that there are several minor cosmetic imperfections on the exterior of the box (marks, scrapes, corner wear, etc.), so please refer to photos!
