Used for approximately 3 years in a small Japanese restaurant.
Cleaned and ready for immediate use.
There are polishing scratches on the stainless steel surfaces. Burn marks on the trivets have been removed using caustic soda. Due to the removal of oil from the trivets, some red rust has appeared.
