Fender Japan Telecaster TL52-80TX VNT

TL52-80TX Vintage Premium / TEXAS SPECIAL TELE

The previous owner stated that it was purchased before '93, which would make it a Fujigen-made instrument. However, according to catalog research, the TL52-80TX has been sold since '96, so it is likely a Telecaster made in '96 or later.
The neck has an MADE IN JAPAN stamp.
According to the previous owner's description, When the neck is removed, there are the characters 'TL-52TX' and the letter 'D'.
There is no serial number stamp, so the serial number is unknown.
Two major, well-known musical instrument stores confirmed and explained that it is Fujigen-made.

The pickups are Fender USA Custom Shop Texas Special.

Operation confirmed, no issues.
No crackling or other abnormal noise from the pickup selector or control knobs.
New strings (ERNIE BALL Super Slinky 09-42) have been installed and the entire body has been cleaned by a repair shop.

The neck is nearly straight and in good condition, with a string height of approximately 1.5-2.0mm.

According to the previous owner, When I bought it, I compared it with a 300,000 yen USA-made Telecaster, and the USA model had a very muffled sound, while this Telecaster had a crisp, Telecaster-like sound.

Upon my inspection, it has a thicker sound than a Stratocaster, as expected of a Telecaster. The front pickup has a transparent tone, the center has a well-defined tone, and the rear pickup has a crisp sound. It produces an excellent tone.
