Processing scratches are inevitable, but they are minor and will not be noticeable after the first use.
《Seasoning》
First, wash with detergent and water once.
After wiping off moisture, heat the plate, apply oil, and stir-fry vegetable scraps. If you are concerned about the metallic smell or dirt, heat the back side as well.

《Storage Method After Using the Griddle》
We do not recommend using detergent when washing, as it will remove the oil coating. Use a spatula or similar tool to scrape off any stuck-on food. Then, heat the griddle and use a spatula again to remove any burnt residue. Once clean, heat the griddle again. Once heated to a certain temperature, apply olive oil and let it cool. After confirming the griddle has cooled, we recommend wrapping it in newspaper for storage.
