MD cassette tape, Walkman bag

This was a gift, purchased a long time ago and has been stored at home for a long period.
I tried charging it on the charger, but it did not respond and does not work. I am unsure if the charger is broken or if the main unit is defective.
It comes with accessories, and the MD tape is unused.
It is generally clean, but would be suitable for someone who can repair it.
