Surface 65W Power Adapter [Reason for Discount]

Surface 65W Power Adapter (Compatible Product)

I used this with my Surface Pro 8, and purchased it on Amazon.
It charges without issue when tested at home, but it did not charge properly at my workplace. It seems to be dependent on some kind of environmental factor, so I don't believe it's a defective item, but I'm not knowledgeable about computers, so I don't know the specifics.

I would appreciate it if someone knowledgeable about computers who can use it in their own environment would consider purchasing it, understanding the above conditions.
