This item is non-operational and sold as junk.
The earpiece on the volume control side has come off.
This allows access to the internal wiring board, but I have not opened the other side (where the AM/FM switch and tuning are) for fear of damage, so I do not know its condition.
I would be grateful if someone could use it as a Showa-era retro interior decoration, or if someone could modify or repair it in a modern style.
It uses one 9V rectangular battery, which can be purchased at 100-yen shops.
