Purchased at Murasaki Sports two years ago and used only during the summer for two years while accompanying my child to baseball. I washed it whenever I sweated, so there is some slight fading. I did not dry it outdoors. I have a relatively large head, but it wasn't too tight, and I liked the brim's firmness. It was so easy to use that I bought the same product in black because my child's junior high club team only allowed black hats. Thank you for your understanding and agreement that this is a used item and has been stored at home before purchasing.
