Description
Global Spray can prevent rust on iron and repair plating, extending the life of old galvanized steel.
By achieving a zinc content of up to 96% in the dry film, it provides anti-corrosion performance equivalent to hot-dip galvanizing (equivalent to HDZ55).
It is a one-component spray type, making it easy to handle as there is no mixing required and no pot life limitations.
To use, simply clean the painted surface by removing dirt, oil, rust, and old paint, and then spray. It dries in approximately 30 minutes at 23°C, although this may vary depending on the temperature.
*R-300ML is a product for two coats, so reapply after drying.
Applying two coats results in a film thickness of approximately 80μm, providing sufficient protection.
