About 4 years ago, I planted a hydrangea I received as a Mother's Day gift, and it blooms abundantly every year. This year, it has about 70 buds and has started to open!

Photos show the blooms from May to June.
It has a pink border and is very beautiful and cute.
The variety name is unknown, but it resembles the Mirai variety.

Initially, it has a dark pink border, which gradually changes to a lighter pink and then to a near-white color.
Finally, it develops a very gentle, soft hue.

This hydrangea has a very high rooting rate.
Why not try propagating hydrangea from cuttings at home?

It's truly moving and brings immense joy when roots sprout and new life begins!
May many roots grow!

Grown without pesticides. There may be some leaf damage or uneven coloration.

To prevent moisture loss, leaves will be reduced, and larger leaves will be cut in half to resemble cuttings.

The base of the cuttings will be dipped in Menard solution, then wrapped in kitchen paper moistened with the same solution, and shipped via Nekoposu. The leaves may appear slightly pressed.

How to propagate cuttings:
① Leave about 2 leaves and cut off all others.
② Make a diagonal cut at the base with a cutter or knife.
③ Soak the cut end in water for 1-2 hours.
④ Make a hole in a container filled with small-grained Akadama soil using a chopstick or similar tool.
Insert the cutting so that about 3cm is buried in the soil.
⑤ Water to keep the soil moist and keep in a shaded area.
After 1-2 months, when sufficient roots have grown, transplant to a slightly larger pot or the ground.
