★★★(Notes)
This is a glass range hood for island kitchens.
This is a product we previously sold. It is a high-priced item, but many manufacturers have stopped selling or importing this type of product due to changes in fire safety regulations.
We confirmed with the Tokyo Fire Department by phone that it is not considered specified non-combustible material for new construction and therefore will not pass inspection.
While regulations are strict in Tokyo, there are many areas where this is not a problem (Gunma Prefecture has no issues).
Some people reportedly install it for renovations as there is no inspection.

This is a very stylish and wonderful range hood, but please check with your local fire department as installation may not be possible in some areas for new construction or renovations.
For new construction, there may be an inspection by the fire department, which could lead to rejection.

★This product is brand new and unused, but it has been stored in a warehouse, so there may be some dirt or scratches. If you are concerned about this, it is best not to purchase it.
