These are sansho peppers from my garden in Nara Prefecture. They are pesticide-free.
My mother makes chirimen sansho (simmered sansho peppers with dried sardines) and other dishes every year, but there are leftovers, so I am listing them here. I would be happy if you could make good use of them.
They come with stems and a few leaves attached, so I've included a little extra, aiming for approximately 250g + alpha.
★ While I take great care, small pieces of debris may occasionally be mixed in.
★ I plan to ship using recycled materials via Nekoposu (a type of mail delivery service) at room temperature.
★ Some damage may occur during shipping.
