Description
Garlic grown in our home garden, dried in a greenhouse for about a month.
Separated into 300g (approx. 60 cloves) and shipped from Wakayama in a Nekoposu cardboard box.
This is the Katininniku variety, which has red pigment on its skin.
For long-term storage, we recommend freezing it as is.
It can be used in everyday cooking, for pickling in soy sauce, or for making black garlic.
