Brussels sprouts are rich in nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, and beta-carotene. They are an excellent vegetable that can be expected to improve skin health, relieve fatigue, provide antioxidant effects, and help prevent cancer, contributing to overall health from the ground up.

?? Sowing method

1. Fill a seedling pot (approx. 10 cm diameter) with soil.
2. Sow about 5-6 seeds and cover with about 5 mm of soil.
3. Water thoroughly.
4. Water to keep the soil from drying out until germination, and manage in a well-ventilated area.
5. After germination, thin to leave 2 healthy seedlings when the cotyledons have opened.
6. When the true leaves have developed to 2-3 leaves, thin to leave only one healthy seedling with a sturdy stem.
7. When the true leaves have developed to 5-6 leaves, transplant to the ground or to a pot or planter that is one size larger.
