■ Cultivation method
Sow seeds from March to May and September to October.
Fill a planter or similar container with commercially available potting soil and scatter the seeds.

Cover the seeds with about 1-2 cm of soil.

Water thoroughly and place in a warm location to germinate.

Once true leaves appear, transplant each seedling into a pot.

When the true leaves have grown to 3-4 leaves, plant them with a spacing of 50 cm or more.

Harvest when the plants have grown to about 20-30 cm from the ground.
