These are naturally grown Beni Haruka sweet potatoes.

These are from the harvest in mid-October, Reiwa 7 (2025).

These Beni Haruka sweet potatoes are grown in the rich natural environment of Kumamoto Prefecture. As no animal compost, chemical fertilizers, chemical pesticides, or herbicides are used, there may be some minor insect damage or misshapen potatoes. However, severe insect damage will not be present. Due to individual differences in sweet potatoes, there may be variations in ripeness and color. Sizes range from S to 3L, mixed.

Beni Haruka sweet potatoes have a fluffy texture immediately after harvest, with a subtle, elegant sweetness reminiscent of chestnuts.
When stored with soil attached at room temperature for over 3 weeks, the sweetness gradually increases.
Please enjoy the change in flavor.

*The optimal storage temperature for sweet potatoes is around 14°C (57°F).
*Sweet potatoes are sensitive to cold, so please do not store them in the refrigerator as they will spoil.

*To maintain quality, they will be packed in cardboard boxes with soil attached, unwashed.
The photos show washed potatoes for illustration purposes.

*The 5kg packaging includes the weight of the box, so the actual weight of the sweet potatoes will be slightly less than 5kg.
