Vintage Uranium Yellow Glass Square Dish Ribbed Vaseline Glows Ribbed Border

This is a unique vintage glass dish, distinguished by its uranium glass composition, which causes it to fluoresce brightly under UV light, characteristic of Vaseline glass. The dish features a square shape with elegantly ribbed, fluted underside edges, adding a touch of classic design. ***This trinket dish, or ash tray turns a purple color under uv light, but, does not photograph well.It is a true yellow color, but, the lights of photography seem to dull the color. I am not certain it is uranium glass, but, it's age may make it change color in uv light. This versatile piece can be used as a small serving dish, a decorative tray, or a collectible display item. Its distinctive glow makes it a fascinating addition to any collection, particularly for enthusiasts of vintage glass and barware. The listing includes one glass dish as pictured.
