Neither can be seen from the outside and do not effect the blazer*** see last two pics  Blazer is in good preowned condition  Not seeing any other holes snags or stains inner lining looks good  Has all buttons  Blue in color. I'd say a steel blue.  Wool with possibly silk. No tag.  Hopsack would be the best fabric texture in my opinion  2 button front  Single vent  Half lined so kind of unstructured style. Shoulders and sleeves and front body are lined.  I'd say medium shoulder padding.  Measurements  24 pit to pit  25.75 sleeve  18.5 shoulder seam to shoulder seam  32.5 length from bottom of back collar to hem
