1960s MCM Swarovski Rivoli Crystal Gold Cufflinks Mad Men Style

The Rivoli stone is featured here. Rivolis, made by Swarovski in the 1960s and early 1960s, are stones with a pointed top and facets all around rather than the color, which can vary from examples exhibiting a range of hues to solid colors. The crystals in these cufflinks have a high pointed dome and all around facets. The color of the stone is a confounding mystery, changing with the light that hits it. The Rivolis featured here are very different from one another, in the manner that they reflect light -- but the dancing rainbow of colors never fails to entertain. from one angle they are dominated by greens oranges and yellows, only to change over to purples and rubies. The stones are set in large gold colored round frames with subtle variations in textures. These impressive Mad Men Era cufflinks have a face of 20.8 mm, or 0.82. They are in excellent condition. The brand attribution here is made solely on the bases of the established fact that high quality Rivolis from this period emanated solely from the house of Swarovski. Excellent condition.
