Description
Shinichiro Tani
Tani Ladder Instruction DVD
2013 Revised Edition
and
a standard ladder set.
The ladder is not the one that came with the Tani Ladder, but a standard ladder purchased separately.
It is the type where you can adjust the spacing yourself.
The width is approximately 42cm and the length is a little over 5m. There are 12 plates, so it can also be used for standard ladder training.
I purchased this for my child's soccer training, but ended up not using it.
