Vintage Folk Art Elderly Couple Reading on Park Bench Figurine 7.5" Tall

Charming vintage-style figurine featuring an elderly couple seated together on a red and brown park bench. The woman holds an open book while the bearded gentleman sits beside her, creating a warm and sentimental scene. The figures have expressive hand-painted faces, textured clothing and a rustic folk-art appearance. The bench appears to be constructed of painted wood, while the figures appear to be resin or a similar molded material. Measures approximately 7½ inches tall. Maker's label is present underneath but is worn and only partially legible; it appears to reference Newbern, Virginia. Preowned vintage condition with visible paint wear, scuffs and distressed areas that complement its rustic character. Please review all photographs carefully for condition and details. A sweet collectible for a bookshelf, reading room, farmhouse display, anniversary gift or décor celebrating lifelong companionship.
